LYRIS offers a mentoring programme designed for candidates from every academic level seeking for a position or a new job in academia or industry. 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵: - Gathering information about the position and interview process - Developing tools for better assessing the fit between them and the position - Building techniques that allow them to better reflect their skills and personality according to the positions they are applying for - Practicing verbal and non-verbal communication techniques to effectively answer and ask questions - Counseling on how to proceed after the interview process LYRIS aims to provide applicants with step-by-step counseling to ensure professional preparation for an interview process, increasing their chances of being selected for fitting positions and therefore achieving their academic goals.
